Cutting Plan.

Notice the the 4 inch / 100mm, approx, strip used for the top of the bow, cut from the centre section.

 

Stage 2.

 

Cut the second sheet at the 6ft / 1830mm mark. Set the circular saw to cut at a 30 degree angle, to get the panels to butt correctly. The picture shows the ' 2 ft ' panel in place for test fitting.

 

Be careful! The picture demonstrates how sharp and how tough the tungsten tipped blades are on circular saws these days. I didn't even notice a change in speed as my saw ripped straight through the steel leg of my cutting support. Oops!
